Our Protein PrA affinity membrane, used for capture-step antibody purification, is at least 10 times faster than industry standard resin-based alternatives. It can operate at high flow rates, up to 100 CVs per minute, with minimal loss of dynamic binding capacity (DBC).
Compared to other Protein A membrane products, Purexa™ PrA is offered with different pore sizes. Particularly, we have larger pore size membrane that will help in cases that your feed is highly viscous or causes fouling on other membrane products.

Purexa™ OdT: Affinity Membrane Products for mRNA Purification
Our OdT membrane products exhibit consistent binding capacity over a broad range of mRNA sizes, including Cas9 mRNA, GFP mRNA, COVID-19 vaccine mRNA, and self-amplifying mRNA. In addition to consistency, these membranes also feature very high binding capacity (much higher than that of resins).
